AUTOMATED VALUATION MODELS (AVM’s)

Bluebird Valuation now allows you to order Automated Valuation Models (AVMs) directly from within the system. We can provide our customers with an extensive selection of AVM products from one central location. AVMs are designed to aid in determining collateral valuations and can be used to aid the valuation process for new and existing mortgages. They rapidly analyze large amounts of data and have become faster, smarter, and more accurate tools over the past few years resulting in increased usage by mortgage lenders. The suite includes the following popular AVMs:

  • Collateral Analytics – CA Value
  • Corelogic – ValuePoint4, PASS and PowerBASE6
  • Veros – VeroValue
  • CDR Business Solutions – Relar
  • Data Quick – Collateral Market Value (CMV)
  • Freddie Mac – Home Value Explorer (HVE)
  • Lender Processing Services – SiteXValue and ValueSure
  • I-AVM
  • RPR – Realtors Valuation Model (RVM)

Ordering AVMs in Collateral Management’s system is extremely simple and can be accomplished in a few clicks as it is integrated completely into the appraisal workflow.

ORDER AN AVM

ORDER AN AVM

To order an AVM, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the client module BlueBird Valuation – Appraisal Management Company
  2. Click on the AVM on the navigation bar and select Order AVM.
  3. On the order page, fill out the Order Details and Property Details.
  4. Under the AVM Details section, you can choose the type of AVM you want order.
  5. You can pay for the AVM order by click on Yes under the Payment Information section and entering your credit card details.
  6. Click on the Place Order button to order the AVMBlueBird Valuation – Appraisal Management Company | Nationwide AMC

VIEW AVM ORDERS

You can view previously ordered AVMs in the system by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to the client module BlueBird Valuation – Appraisal Management Company 
  2. Click on the AVM on the navigation bar and select Search AVMs
  3. On this screen, you will be able to see all AVMs ordered by your company
  4. Click on the AVM order number (e.g. AVM-000001) to view the AVM
  5. You can also click on the PDF or CSV icon to take out a PDF or Excel export of the search results.

You can view the invoices for the AVMs that you have order by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to the client module BlueBird Valuation – Appraisal Management Company
  2. Click on the AVM on the navigation bar and select Search AVMs
  3. On this screen, you will be able to see all AVMs ordered by your company
  4. Click on the AVM order number (e.g. AVM-000001) to view the AVM
  5. On the AVM screen, click on the Actions button on the top right of your screen and select View Invoice
  6. On the invoice screen, you can click on the Actions button to Print, Email or Save a PDF of the invoice.

EMAIL AVM REPORT

You can email copies of the AVMs in the system by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to the client module BlueBird Valuation – Appraisal Management Company 
  2. Click on the AVM on the navigation bar and select Search AVMs
  3. On this screen, you will be able to see all AVMs ordered by your company
  4. Click on the AVM order number (e.g. AVM-000001) to view the AVM
  5. On the AVM screen, click on the Actions button on the top right of your screen and select Email Report
  6. Enter the email address in the space provided and click on the Email Report button to send the email.

You can save a PDF copy of AVMs by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to the client module BlueBird Valuation – Appraisal Management Company
  2. Click on the AVM on the navigation bar and select Search AVMs
  3. On this screen, you will be able to see all AVMs ordered by your company
  4. Click on the AVM order number (e.g. AVM-000001) to view the AVM
  5. On the AVM screen, click on the Actions button on the top right of your screen and select Save As PDF
  6. This will download the PDF file of the AVM to your computer
